The Company May Conduct The Competition Simultaneously And At The Same Time On 1 Or 2 Participating Radio Stations Owned And Not Owned By The Company, And In Diverse States.
Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Its subsidiaries and associated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct the Challenge significantly as explained in these rules, and by taking part each participant agrees as the following :
The Company may conduct the Competition at the same time and at the same time on several participating rock radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in assorted States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any point during the Contest as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are mentioned above.
1. Outline of Contest / Collaboration.
A. Dates of Contest : The Contest will begin and end on or about July 23, 2011 thru July 24, 2011.
NO PURCHASE Obligatory. PURCHASE Does Not INCREASE Percentages OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the quantity of participants.
B. How to Enter : Listen to the station Saturday – Sun. between 9AM and 11PM PST for the cue to call in and be the elected caller to the Station’s contest line. The right caller will win a prize. There will be a total of 14 on air qualifiers for the Contest.
2.. Prize (s). The prize (s) that could be awarded to the admissible winner (s) are :
Initial Prize : A family 4-pack of tickets to KGB Sky Show on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at Qualcomm Stadium. (prize value $52.00). Prize offered by KGB
The prize (s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner (s) aren’t transferable, redeemable for money or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner (s) must present state allowed identification before being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the Station within thirty days of the contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. Certain prizes are date express (i.e. Concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates stipulated. If a winner cannot be made contact with or is disqualified for any cause, the Company reserves the privilege to identify an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.
3. Suitability and Restrictions. Participators and winner (s) must be U.S. Residents, at least 18-years old, as determined by the Company, and reside in the Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA), as outlined by Arbitron Incorporated. If the challenge is open to children, a guardian or parent of any participator who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize nonetheless , the Company reserves the inherent right to refuse to award a prize to any minor. Unless otherwise stated above, just one (1) entry per individual. Only 1 (one) prize per household for the Competition for any thirty (thirty) day period. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, workers of other radio or television stations, and members of the instant family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings mothers and fathers, children, grandparents, and grandkids, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past wedding (s), remarriage (s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons living at the same household whether related.
4. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a competition is a call in to win contest and / or a telephone is needed to participate in the Challenge, participators are constrained to the use of ordinary telephone gear. Participators that allow the “Caller ID” block function may not be allowed to take part unless they enter their correct area code and phone number if prompted, or disable the features holding back their participation in the Competition. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free telephone exchanges (eight hundred, 888, 877, 866, and so on.) may experience call connection issues. The Company denies all culpability for the incapacity of a participant to finish or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts outside the Company’s control, or otherwise.
